We have several different breeds of chickens, offering a wide range of beautifully colored eggs.

When we are ready to deliver our eggs, we will clean them and process them. We add a food-grade oil that mimics the natural coating of the egg (that gets washed off). This allows them to stay fresher longer under refrigeration.
